FWL280B On-Edge Biscuit Packaging Machine is specifically applicable to wrapping group biscuits standing vertically on edge.

Function
●  Using Siemens electrical components and two servo motors to complete the packing;
    process, thus achieves the synchronization of supplying, pushing, filming, motioning, sealing
    and cutting speed. This machine also can carry out capacity adjustment;
●  Convenient when changing products; achieves many purpose with one machine; saves
    time and investment effectively;
●  Adopt some timing belt and wheel to replace some traditional chains and gears, greatly
    reduces barriers rate, running noise and increases the stability of the machine;
●  Adjustable large touch screen panel simplifies the operation. It can be programmed to
    memorize different products technical parameters and adjusted easily to accomplish the task
    of packing different products;
●  The conveyor chain is designed with gentle clamping setting instead of the spring
     clamping to avoid the crushing of biscuit, so the finished product rate is effectively
     increased. At the same time, it leaves no biscuit crumbs to cause mildew;
●  Suction design can pump away excess air, make more compact package and achieve the
     ideal packaging effect;
●  New double vertical sealing system and heating structure achieve excellent sealing at
    low temperature;
●  Two Servo Motors control, first servo control speed of end sealer & input conveyor,
     second servo control the speed of film roller&central sealer;
